Â鶹ÊÓƵ

News - Â鶹ÊÓƵ is one of the UK’s top-performing mid-market growth companies

, Europe’s largest independent commercial printing group and parent company of Wyndeham UK, appeared for the first time at number 35 in the , published in The Sunday Times on 7 October 2018. The report ranks Britain’s top-performing privately-owned mid-market growth companies as measured by revenue. Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s entry was based on its 2017 audited accounts which showed revenue of £421.6 million.

In the separate revenue growth league table, Â鶹ÊÓƵ was ranked at number 2 with a year-on-year revenue increase of 102%.

Mark Scanlon, chairman of Â鶹ÊÓƵ Group, commented: “Appearing in a league table such as this and having revenue larger than the likes of Waterstones, Chelsea FC and Boden, is clearly gratifying especially since Â鶹ÊÓƵ will be only 10 years old this December. I expect we will move up next year’s table by a notch or two with 2018 revenue edging closer to £500 million following this year’s acquisitions of NP Druck in Austria and LSC in Poland. Our 2019 revenue, which would incorporate a full year of these two deals, could be around £650 million, which would have placed us in the top 10 of this year’s Top Track 250. Whilst revenue growth is, indeed, impressive, our primary focus will continue to be generating decent profit margins from it and converting those into strong cash flows to sustain our long-term growth plans.â€
